Hello and thanks so much for browing my shop! Most of the items you see can be done in your colors, theme or preference. Custom items may be subject to additional fees depending on material and labor costs.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I do my best to get all your info and your approval before creating your custom order. Changes or modifications to your project once your order is placed may result in additional fees. Either party may cancel a sale.
PAYMENTS
I accept Paypal.
Custom orders are reserved with payment up front. Work on your order begins once payment clears.
You DO NOT need a Paypal account to use Paypal. Once you arrive at the "Pay Now" button, simply scroll down and click on the link to pay without signing up.
INVOICES/PACKAGING SLIPS
In the interest of reducing consumption, reciepts are included upon request. Paypal provides electronic receipts.
SHIPPING
I ship using USPS first class mail.
I use addresses filed or entered with Paypal. If your address is different than indicated on Paypal, please advise which address you prefer in your buyer's notes.
Items ship out on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Insurance or delivery confirmation is available upon request and at the expense of the customer.
International shipping is subject to customs charges.
RATES: Unfortunately I don't set 'em. But I'll do my best to give you honest upfront estimates upon request. I can tell you that I use USPS and they're pretty reliable.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
While I hope for the best, sometimes it just doesn't work out. You can contact me and arrange to return unused, undamaged items within 7 business days of receipt. I'll trust ya, so there's no questions asked. Labor & Shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount. International shipping charges apply.
TURN AROUND TIME
My turn around time is currently two weeks.
PACKAGING
Packaging is, very simply put, reused and recycled materials. I reuse shipping materials from my suppliers and other sources (cardboard boxes and scrap paper from work). Yes, it saves money, but I also sleep a wee bit better knowing perfectly good stuff didn't go to waste. If you'd like your item packaged differently, please let me know.
